1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to valid addresses within Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Delivery timescales 

•Order by 11am for Same-Day Delivery.

•Order by 3pm for Next-Day Delivery.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).

4. Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our exotic fruit:

• Deliveries will be made during business hours to ensure safe receipt.

• We recommend someone is available to accept the delivery.

• ExoticTrees is not responsible for spoilage if a delivery is left unattended.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

• ExoticTrees is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

• If an error is detected after the order is placed, please contact us immediately.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos.

• We will review the issue and may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email.
